- Deposit: Wallet → Deposit, follow instructions. Balance updates after approval.
- Crypto deposits use QR/address — verify network and asset before sending.
- If a deposit is missing, check: (1) sender name matches your signup name, (2) you used the instructed account or address, (3) you did not use a pay/wallet app that may not work, (4) review may still be in progress.
- For help, tell Support the sender name, amount, and approximate time. Smaller amounts are often reviewed first.
- Add a payout destination under Settings → Payout accounts & addresses first. Once saved, it autofills when you withdraw.
- Withdraw: Wallet → Withdraw — confirm amount and withdraw PIN. You can also send to a one-time destination.
- Withdrawals are reviewed; track status in Wallet and history. The large number on screen may differ from “Withdrawable” — withdrawals follow the withdrawable amount.
